Buying process

Welcome to Beep BG EOOD! We're glad you're here and we're going to share with you what the buying process is like:


First, browse one of our online stores, select the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart or favorite products for later. Once you're ready to proceed, from the cart, go to the checkout page, where you'll provide your shipping address and payment information. Note that by subscribing to our promotions newsletter, you will receive a 5% discount on your first order. For another 5% discount on your next order, you can register with your first purchase (click the registration box).


Order processing:

After you complete the order, the backend system of the online store receives the order details. The store team then processes the order, which includes confirming product availability over the phone, packaging the items, and preparing them for shipment.


Shipping options:

We offer different shipping options with different shipping speed and cost, as well as a free shipping option. You can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs. Common options include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and same-day shipping.


Generate a delivery note:

Once the order is ready to ship, our team generates a shipping bill of lading. This waybill includes important information such as your receiving address, tracking number, and selected shipping method.


Delivery to courier:

We then hand over the package to the selected carrier or forwarding company. This can be Speedy, Econt, BOX NOW or our company suppliers (only for Sofia).


Tracking Information:

Once the package is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email or notification with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the package's journey and estimated delivery date.


Transit and Delivery:

The carrier transports the package through its network, which may include sorting centers, collection offices and local delivery machines.


Delivery Confirmation:

When the package is successfully delivered, the carrier provides us with a delivery confirmation that includes the time and date of delivery and the name of the recipient.


Customer Feedback and Support:

After receiving the package, you can give feedback on the status and performance of the delivery. If there are any delivery issues such as damaged items or missing products, please contact our customer support team for help and resolution on 02451 64 64.


Return and exchange:

If you are not satisfied with the products you received, we have a return or exchange policy. You can initiate a return request and we will provide instructions on how to return the items and receive a refund or exchange for another item.
